During her undergrad, Alyssa began dabbling in writing articles for blogs and digital publications, including Spoon University. After graduating from Indiana University with a degree in English, she pursued a career in digital marketing and copywriting, working first in the health and wellness industry, then in the travel and tourism sector. Feeling drawn back to her writing days in college, Alyssa began freelance writing as a side hustle, then quickly decided she wanted to make a career out of her passion for authoring articles. Covering entertainment, home, fashion, lifestyle, and beauty, she's since garnered bylines in Architectural Digest, The Everygirl, SheKnows, StyleCaster, Well+Good, USA Today's Reviewed, and more.
