After playing Dean Winchester on “Supernatural” for 15 years, Jensen Ackles now sees Dean as his best friend, saying "I used aspects of my own personality to create Dean, so Dean has always been a part of me." The actor even wished his "imaginary friend" a happy birthday on January 24, Dean's canonical birthday.
Ackles owns a brewery
Ackles and Dean both share a big love for beer. The actor enjoys a good brew so much that he opened his own brewery, Family Business Brewing Co., in 2018; he has been successfully running the business in Dripping Springs, Texas for four years now, together with his brother-in-law and wife.

"Supernatural" fans are aware of the romance between Dean Winchester and his beloved 1967 Chevrolet Impala (the show even caused the model to soar in popularity). Ackles was so dedicated to the car that he got the Impala written into his contract, and he proudly owns it to this day.
