Most of the adult Duggar offspring have already married and started their own families. Jeremiah Duggar and fiancée Hannah Wissmann exchanged vows in front of family and friends at the First Baptist Church in Plattsmouth, Nebraska, on March 27, 2022, becoming the latest of his big family of siblings to marry.
Jeremiah's twin brother, Jedidiah, was the best man, and brothers Jason, James, and Joseph were his groomsmen, while Hannah had four bridesmaids, who may have been her sisters. Jessa Duggar Seewald's daughter Ivy and Joy-Anna Duggar Forsyth's son Gideon were among the flower girls and ring bearers.
Jeremiah and Hannah wrote their own vows that also reflected their beliefs, saying "By God's grace, I promise to cherish, protect, and provide for you from this day forward." In turn, Hannah said, "By God's grace, I promise to cherish, support, and respect you from this day forward. I will earnestly seek God and will follow, honor, and submit to you as unto the Lord."
Following the lighting of a unity candle to symbolize the union of the two families, they returned to center stage, where the minister pronounced them husband and wife and said, "Jeremiah, you may kiss your bride." Ushers and bridesmaids leapt into action, grabbing party poppers and confetti-sprinkling the newlyweds as they embraced.
The new Mr. and Mrs. Duggar were married at the Lilac Hill Wedding & Event Center in Louisville, Nebraska, which is an 80-acre property with a large garden and a modern barn that can seat 250 people. Fans received a glimpse of a long rustic table adorned with pale blue decorations to compliment the bridesmaids' outfits.
