Jacob graduated from SUNY Albany in 2020, receiving a B.A. in English with a minor in journalism. He served as president of the UAlbany Page Turners, leading passionate literary discussions about old and new books of all genres. During his studies, he was awarded the Marc G. Guggenheim '92 Endowed Scholarship for academic excellence and a career in writing, leading to a Zoom call with the co-creator of the Arrowverse.
