The event, on which Queen Elizabeth II bowed out and celebrated the occasion privately due to ongoing mobility challenges, saw Kate rocking a pair of envy-inducing Aquazzura's "Love Link" slingback high heels in blue to match her all-blue ensemble (via Newsweek).
