Twitter Is Going Wild Over How Grown Up The Cambridge Kids Look

Queen Elizabeth is celebrating her Platinum Jubilee this week as Britain's longest-serving monarch in London. "This will be the last really huge time to celebrate the Queen publicly and thank her," royal historian Hugo Vickers told Page Six. "This has been an extraordinary golden age that she has presided over." Along with the Trooping the Colour, a grand march past over 1500 soldiers and 250 horses to mark the Queen's birthday, the celebrations also include a showing by the Royal Air Force where aircrafts create the number 70 to commemorate the number of years the Queen has served (via The New York Times).

The Queen, who has been sparsely seen publicly over the past few months due to illnesses, made an appearance on the Buckingham Palace balcony with her family for the occasion. Along with her stood Kate Middleton, Prince William, Prince Charles, and Camilla, Duchess of Cornwall. However, it was the antics of the Queen's great-grandchildren – Princess Charlotte, Prince George, and Prince Louis — that really stole the show.

The Cambridge kids made their processional debut

The Trooping the Colour commemorates the Queen's birthday, per Royal UK, and this year, Princess Charlotte, Prince George, and Prince Louis made their processional debut during the glorious march past in a carriage (via Harper's Bazaar). The three Cambridge children, wearing matching shades of blue and navy, waved happily at the bystanders and bowed dutifully to the royal colour, per People. Prince Louis seemed especially enthusiastic while waving, and Charlotte appeared to tell him to "stop waving," according to Daily Mail. The children went on to pose along with their family at the Buckingham Palace balcony, leaving the internet obsessed.
