Before the "KUWTK" Season 20 finale dropped, the famous family signed a multi-year deal with Hulu to create exclusive content for the streaming service, per Us Weekly. Reflecting on the business decision, matriarch and momager Kris Jenner explained, "This is the next chapter. In the new show, you'll see us evolving as a family, fans want us to be who we are and since moment one, they've been emotionally invested in our show just like we are. The fans will love seeing us continue the journey."
To kick off their exciting partnership, "The Kardashians" premiered on April 14 with a bang. Aside from providing a much-needed glimpse into Kourtney Kardashian and Travis Barker's relationship, revealing that Kylie Jenner kept her second child's gender a secret from her family, and showcasing the steps Kim Kardashian goes through to protect her privacy, Episode 1 also offered insight into how Khloé Kardashian initially reacted to Tristan Thompson's first public affair.
Khloé Kardashian had to hold back when she learned about Tristan Thompson's infidelity
During "The Kardashians" series premiere, Khloé Kardashian had a candid conversation with NBA star Tristan Thompson about their former romantic relationship. While the latter was focused on keeping the interaction positive, the Good American co-founder wasn't afraid to dive into more heated topics. After reflecting on her solid friendship with the father of her child, Kardashian added, "I think that's so confusing to outside people. Because I know how to be a monster to you if I want to."
Thompson immediately disagreed with the reality star, insisting that she could have slashed his tires or set his wardrobe on fire when she learned that he cheated on her at 9 months pregnant. Kardashian then enlightened the Chicago Bulls player. She revealed, "I have thrown water on all your clothes when I was nine months pregnant. If I wasn't pregnant, I would have f***** you up. I just didn't want to break my nails before delivery." In the years since, however, Kardashian has moved on, though she and Thompson remain friends and co-parents to their daughter, True. As she told The Cut, "I still think he's a great guy, and he's a great dad. He's just not the guy for me."
