Jeopardy! Champion Amy Schneider Shares Happy Relationship News

While there are plenty of "Jeopardy!" winners, none of them are quite like Amy Schneider. Not only is she the highest ranking female winner in the show's history, but she's also really fun to watch. Schneider had a whopping 40-day win streak on the show, winning $1,382,800. That makes her the fourth-highest winnings earner in the show's regular-play history, and, like mentioned above, number one female overall. It looks like the 43-year-old "Jeopardy!" champion has just as lucky of a personal life as she got on-screen as well.

On February 24, the "Jeopardy!" winner announced that she and her girlfriend were officially engaged, making for her biggest win yet. "I have an announcement: Genevieve is no longer my girlfriend... she's my fiancée!!!," Schneider wrote on Twitter. "I couldn't be happier or more proud to spend my life with the very best person in the entire world."

It's safe to say that 2022 is not a bad year for Schneider. Here's exactly how she announced her engagement, the gorgeous rings involved, and what Twitter fans have to say — because after a month and a half on "Jeopardy!," people are highly committed to watching this woman win in life as well.

Amy Schneider and girlfriend Genevieve announced their engagement on Twitter

There's one thing that $1,382,800 can't buy — love. But it looks like "Jeopardy!" winner Amy Schneider has found that on her own. The 43-year-old champion announced her engagement to girlfriend Genevieve Davis on Twitter with a photo of the two of them wearing gorgeous, matching single-diamond rings with painted fingernails.

The warm wishes rolled in on Twitter after Schneider posted the engagement photo. While some kept it sweet and simple with their words of congratulations, there was one message that seemed to wrap up Schneider's entire experience the best. "How wonderful! Wishes for great happiness!" one Twitter user wrote. "It's been incredible to watch you on 'Jeopardy' and follow you on Twitter ... You've changed the world by just being you!"

This is only one of the major changes that Schneider has had recently. On February 8, she announced that she had quit her job as a software engineer to become a public figure, hence the need to update the public on her love life. Fingers crossed that means fans will be given an inside look at the wedding as well!
