Where Is The Star Who Played Sybbie Branson In Downton Abbey Now?
There were a lot of scene stealers in the young cast of "Downton Abbey," none more so than Sybil Branson. The eldest grandchild of Robert and Cora Crawley, Sybil was the only child of the Tom Branson and his late wife Sybil.
A single father and the current manager of the estate, Sybil's father has his hands full with his daughter, whose named after her mother who died after the birth of their daughter due to eclampsia (via Downton Abbey Wiki). Eclampsia is a severe complication of preeclampsia, where high blood pressure results in seizures, according to Healthline.
As tragic as her mother's death was, Sybil grew up to be a rambunctious child who the residents of "Downton Abbey" adore. When the character was first introduced in series four, Sybil was played by Ava Mann. But viewers will be more familiar with Fifi Hart, who played Sybil towards the end of the series run. But where is Fifi Hart now?
Fifi Hart isn't the only actress in her family
Following in the footsteps of her older sister Mimi, Fifi Hart started acting when she was just five-years-old after landing the role of Sybil on "Downton Abbey." Hart has played the young Sybil throughout "Downton's run, including the first film in 2019 and the forthcoming sequel, "Downton Abbey: A New Era" (via IMDb).
Now 12-years-old, Hart has yet to star in anything outside the "Downton Abbey" universe. But her future certainly seems bright, and she regularly posts her adventures on her Instagram account. She loves posting photos of her cat Lola, and also a few selfies here and there.
While she hasn't shared any moments with her sister Mimi, the siblings live together in South London as Mimi writes on Mandy — a creative community for actors and other professions in the performing arts. Mimi has wracked up quite the CV for herself already, including a small role in the BBC medical drama "Holby City" as well as the 2014 short film "Where The Land Meets The Sea."
