How Pete Davidson Impressed Kim Kardashian

Kim Kardashian and Pete Davidson are perhaps the most unexpected celebrity couple in recent years. Athough, Kardashian isn't the first celebrity to fall for Davidson's charms. Stars like Ariana Grande, Phoebe Dynevor, Kaia Gerber, and Kate Beckinsale have all been involved with the Staten Island native, and he seems to have remained on amicable terms with most of his exes (via The Things). So, it should come as no surprise that Kardashian fell for the "SNL" star, and the pair officially became a couple in November 2021, according to Page Six.

Kardashian is reportedly "very happy" with Davidson, too, and he has been very supportive amid the drama between Kardashian and her estranged husband, Kanye West, per US Weekly. It also seems that the drama is strengthening the new couple's relationship. "It's not impacting their relationship at all," a source told the outlet, adding, "If anything, this drama is bringing Kim and Pete closer together because he makes things so easy."

But, how did the reality TV superstar wind up falling for Davidson in the first place?

Kim Kardashian is impressed by Pete Davidson

According to People, Pete Davidson might just be what the SKIMS founder needs in the midst of her divorce from Kanye West. A source told the outlet that the "relationship is just perfect" because the "Saturday Night Live" actor has many great qualities that make her laugh. "Kim's impressed that Pete is really making an effort to see her," the insider revealed, adding that Davidson is "very easygoing and fits in well with Kim's friends and family."

"They're still really into each other. Pete is totally understanding that Kim's priority remains her kids. They see each other and make plans when they can in between both their busy schedules," the source added.

For some fans, it's interesting to witness Davidson appeal to some of the most sought-after women in Hollywood. Neuropsychologist Sanam Hafeez told Well + Good, "While many young men in their twenties attempt to put up a front of coolness and Instagram perfection, Davidson does the opposite with achingly raw honesty." Dr Hafeez added that women are attracted to vulnerable men who openly speak about mental health struggles. Time will tell what will come of this unlikely union. But, for now, it looks like Davidson is doing everything right to impress the mom of four and keep her happy.
