Tyler Whitman of "Million Dollar Listing: New York" has experienced quite the transformation during his time on the hit reality series. In December 2021, he opened up in a personal essay with Today about his decision to lose weight. He said he had officially hit "rock bottom" after almost passing out at a Phish concert in 2015. It was that night where he realized he was officially done being overweight.
One year later, Whitman shed 200 pounds from weight loss surgery. While also incorporating exercise and a healthy diet, he completely turned his life around after reaching his goal, although he says his fitness journey is far from complete. "This transformation is something I have to show up for and do work for every day," he said (via Today). According to Us Weekly, his decision to lose weight also led him to become sober.

Chad Carroll is now amongst the top 1% of agents in Miami
Although "Million Dollar Listing: Miami" only lasted one season, the show featured multiple high-end realtors, including real estate agent Chad Carroll. Carroll originally relocated from New York to Miami, where he made his dreams come true after starting a career in real estate in 2008 and quickly rising to the top, ranking in the top 50 agents in America every year since 2011 (per The Carroll Group).
