Winter House Season 2: Release Date, Cast, And New Details
Bravo TV is the mecca of reality TV for many. Their shows truly are the gift that keeps giving. The iconic "Real Housewives" franchise alone has reshaped and set the bar high for reality TV shows everywhere. With almost every show airing on Bravo TV forming its own cult following from "Vanderpump Rules" to "Below Deck", they never miss (via Refinery29). The vast range of shows offer something for everyone, and while most have yet to reach quite the legendary level that "The Real Housewives" have, they certainly hold their own.
Two of the most successful young adult shows that Bravo TV have released are "Summer House" and "Southern Charm." Both with entirely different energies, each show does feature a selection of young adults and their relationship drama — "Summer House" just features a lot more parties and boozy brunches (via Refinery29).
2021 has been the year of iconic crossovers of Bravo TV show casts. Every "Real Housewives" fans prayers were answered with the first season of "Real Housewives Ultimate Girls Trip" dropping with a chance to see OG housewives from each franchise stranded on an island together (via Bravo TV). And things just got better and better with the debut season of "Winter House," a crossover between the cast of "Summer House" and "Southern Charm" (via ScreenRant).
Will there be a second season?
Bravo wrapped up the first season of "Winter House" with the finale of the six episode series airing on November 24, 2021 (via Cheat Sheet). The explosive show was definitely a huge hit, serving constant drama and new relationships blooming. Bravo TV have yet to officially announce whether it will be renewed for a second season or not. Considering how successful it was, fans are hoping for a second round, but it being such a short limited edition series could imply that it was a one hit wonder and won't have a second season.
The first season didn't even get a reunion, which isn't very promising. Bravo have plans for the "Winter House" drama to be continued in each of the two original shows "Summer House" and "Southern Charm", so it's likely that instead of pursuing another season of "Winter House", the cast will go back to their usual shows — here's hoping they regroup for a second round eventually! (via ScreenRant).
Who would be in the cast of Season 2?
While there has yet to be a confirmation or announcement surrounding a second season of "Winter House," it's safe to assume that if it were to renew it would include the same cast with a few switch-ups. Season 1 of "Winter House" featured Paige DeSorbo, Ciara Miller, Austen Kroll, Lindsay Hubbard, Julia McGuire, Andrea Denver, Craig Conover, Amanda Batula, Kyle Cooke, Luke Gulbranson, Gabrielle Kniery, and Jason Cameron (via Decider).
The cast included the promised crossover of cast members from "Summer House" and "Southern Charm," but Bravo also threw in four brand new cast members Kniery, Cameron, McGuire, and Denver. While some were certainly successful in forming relationships and creating drama like Denver pursuing DeSorbo and Cameron pursuing Hubbard, the new ladies didn't seem to really fit in and secure a spot in the next season (via ScreenRant). If the show is renewed for a second season, there's a chance Bravo decides to either introduce other cast members from the OG shows or introduce some newbies again.
Where are the relationships now?
Instead of waiting anxiously with fingers crossed for a second season of "Winter House", luckily fans will still get a chance to see where the budding relationships end up. If you're a fan that closely follows the cast, you'll be familiar with the fact that the little Italian love-fest between Andrea Denver and Paige DeSorbo was short-lived, and DeSorbo actually ended up with Craig Conover. The pair even went Instagram official on December 19, 2021 (via Bravo TV). A trailer for "Summer House" Season 6 has officially dropped and it looks like fans will get the inside scoop on where the couples all ended up.
Ciara Miller and Austen Kroll seem to keep the flame going by pursuing their relationship further in Season 6, of course not without drama that seems to result in a physical altercation between Miller and Danielle Olivera (via Us Weekly). As for Kyle Cooke and Amanda Batula, it looks like the stress of wedding plan is going to cause some tension — but a "Summer House" season wouldn't be complete with them clashing repeatedly (via Bravo TV).
