90 Day: The Single Life Season 3: Release Date, Cast, And New Details
There's one thing TLC is known for and that's reality shows, specifically "90 Day Fiance." The show is so popular that it has several spin-offs including "90 Day Diaries" and "90 Day: The Single Life."
With all of the "90 Day Fiance" content streaming on +discovery service (via Just Watch), you can start your reality TV show journey. And what better way to get started than watching "90 Day: The Single Life." We may be a bit biased over here, but this spin-off is way better than the original. For one, this 2021 show is a real-life second romance — the best kind of romance there is, to be honest. Essentially, "90 Day: The Single Life" follows previous singles from the original series and their attempts to rekindle a romance. A will-they-or-won't-they plot in action, per IMDb.
The show was so popular that it was renewed for a 2nd season, which is now premiering. And, with that season coming to a close soon, we bet a lot of fans are wondering about Season 3. That said, here's your guide to everything we know about "90 Day: The Single Life" 3rd season.
When is The Single Life 3rd season premiering?
Again, we totally understand the "90 Day: The Single Life" fandom. But alas, we don't have good news. Sorry to disappoint, but according to Premiere Date News, this spin-off has yet to be renewed for a 3rd season. However, it's too early to panic — a 3rd season announcement may come any day now.
Furthermore, considering Season 2 has yet to wrap up — the outlet stated there are two remaining episodes left — there's still plenty of time for the executives to grace us with news of a 3rd season. Adding on to the fact that Season 2 wasn't announced until after the season ended, we just know that a Season 3 announcement is coming any day now.
We just have to be patient. Plus, shouldn't we all be prepping for the season finale in the meantime? How else will we know who's finding their second chance (and whose sad love life means a return for the 3rd season)?
Who is the cast of 90 Day: The Single Life?
TLC has some great cast choices when it comes to "90 Day Fiance" and its various spin-offs. Is anyone else re-watching those iconic TikTok where Big Ed says "I Like The View ” Screen Rant reported?
That said, we know the cast of "90 Day: The Single Life" will be filled with fan favorites. As to which fan favorites, well, considering there's little to no information about Season 3, we don't have much about the cast either. However, looking back at the last 2 seasons, several fan-favorite alums from the original series returned, including Stephanie Matto, Jeniffer Tarazona, and others.
So, we can expect singles from "90 Day Fiance" and its spin-offs to join the 3rd season. There's also a chance for those who didn't find love in the "90 Day: The Single Life" during the 1st and 2nd season could return for a third chance. We'll just have to wait for the Season 2 finale to see who's a possible contender for a 3rd season.
There is a lot of backlash over the 2nd season .
While we knew that this spin-off was a hit, we didn't expect any backlash. And, yes, fans are taking their anger and frustrations to social media. As to what they're mad about? Well, not only did Big Ed return — you know, the supposed fan favorite who has been accused of sexual assault, Showbiz Cheat Sheet reported, but there's also been a lot of inappropriate scenes shown.
The outlet said that in several episodes, watchers can see and hear sexual moments between the cast members. Furthermore, conversations between cast members about sex and sexual acts have also been documented. This has been a turn-off to many viewers with one even stating on Reddit that TLC "really took the sex talk way too far this season. I don't want to hear about Debbie boning the Marlboro man or anything the fake bisexual has to say."
Other fans also believe that the interactions between cast members are scripted. Though we know that reality TV shows aren't, well, reality, there's still a difference between a script and a natural moment. And, to be frank, fans are feeling that "90 Day: The Single Life" is not really natural.
With all of these complaints and criticism, it's interesting to wonder if there'll be a 3rd season at all?
