Is Clare Crawley Really Dating The Ex-Boyfriend Of This Reality TV Star?
To date, the 16th season of "The Bachelorette" is still one of the most dramatic seasons in Bachelor Nation history. Back in 2020, Clare Crawley was on the hunt for love as the lead in the 16th season of "The Bachelorette." Crawley actually left the show after only two weeks to be with one of the show's contestants, Dale Moss. That's right — after only knowing one another for two weeks, Moss popped the question and Crawley gave an emphatic "yes," leaving the rest of the contestants (and millions of viewers) totally stunned, per Us Weekly. Just after Crawley's season premiered at the end of 2020, though, the pair announced that they had split in January 2021. However, just one month later, it was revealed that the pair were dating once again.
Then, in September, it appeared as though the pair had finally called it quits for good amid rumors of Moss cheating on Crawley throughout their relationship and Crawley blocking his number while visiting her mother in Sacramento, per People.
"The one that gets me is, how do you say goodbye to somebody you never wanted to walk away from?" Crawley asked during an episode of Jana Kramer's podcast, "Whine Down," in October, per Page Six. "Like I would have never walked ... You're having to say goodbye to somebody you don't want to be saying goodbye to, you have to walk away from somebody you don't want to walk away from. It's hard, it's painful."
Crawley is reportedly dating Kristin Cavallari's ex-boyfriend
In early November, Clare Crawley was spotted with reality television star Kristin Cavallari's ex-boyfriend, comedian Jeff Dye. This week, a source revealed that Crawley and Dye had been casually dating for the past few weeks. "She was set up with Jeff since they have mutual friends," a source told Us Weekly. "Clare agreed to go on the date because she thought he was handsome. They went on a date [to] a Lakers game early November. They live in two different cities, so it's nothing serious." Another source told Us Weekly that Dye and Crawley are only friends.
Dye briefly dated Cavallari in late 2020 and early 2021 before calling it quits in March 2021, according to Us Weekly. Sources originally told Us Weekly that the pair had only maintained a casual relationship for approximately five months. "She's just hanging out with him. They're enjoying each other's company [and] having fun. That's it," a source originally told the publication about the status of the couple's relationship. Though Cavallari was then briefly linked to country singer Chase Rice after breaking things off with Dye, she told her Instagram followers that she was single on Instagram in October, according to People.
