So if you're looking for makeup inspiration for your next date night, look no further than the "Fifty Shades of Grey" movies. While movies have just one iconic lip color for you to obsess over, this trilogy has tons of different looks for you to choose from. For the beautiful bold lip, you'll love the looks from "Fifty Shades Freed." Then there are the subtle, neutral looks from "Fifty Shades Darker," if that's more your style.

Here's a full breakdown of all the different looks in the trilogy, so you can choose your favorite hues and start recreating them from home.

Fifty Shades Darker brought the neutral and bold lip colors

The "Fifty Shades Darker" movie has so many lip colors to choose from. From neutral day looks to bold pops of color at night, you have plenty to get inspired by. According to Brittany Cale's TikTok, Dakota Johnson's character wears just one product during the day — Ilia's Lip Conditioner in Arabian Nights.

Unfortunately, the brand doesn't make that product anymore, so the TikTok user suggests opting for Benefit's California Kissin' ColorBaum in Berry instead. However, if you're looking to stick to a clean beauty brand, Ilia's Balmy Tint Hydrating Lip Baum in Lullaby should also do the trick. Both products will give you an easy, throw-on shade that you can keep in your bag and apply throughout the day.

For a little bit more color, you'll love the classic red lip that Johnson wears. According to Cale, the on-set makeup artist used MAC Cosmetics' Lip Liner in Cherry as well as its Liquid Lipstick in Feel So Grand, both of which are available on the brand's website right now.

Fifty Shades Freed featured more grown-up lip colors

The lip looks are less colorful and more sophisticated in "Fifty Shades Freed." According to Us Weekly, makeup artist Evelyne Noraz wanted to go for a more grown-up look for Dakota Johnson's character, Anastasia. "I wanted Anastasia to look different in the third movie. She wears more grown-up clothes, she's more lady-like and elegant and I wanted her makeup to match that as well," Noraz told US Weekly. "[So I went with] a more subdued classic look, a little bit Chanel, a little bit French. Not too much makeup, just the right amount."

Apparently, that means mixing shades to get the perfect look. As Brittany Cale on TikTok found, Noraz used four different shades for the classic everyday lipstick in the movie — the Rouge Dior Refillable Lipstick in Promenade, Laura Mercier's Lip Parfait Creamy Colorbaum in Cinn-ful, Armani's Ecstasy Shine Lipstick color 101, and Mac Cosmetics' Lipstick in Twig. That's a pretty pricey lip combo, my friends.

If you're looking for a simpler way to nail the "Fifty Shades Freed" look, you can opt to recreate the honeymoon scene instead. Here, the makeup artist used just one product to nail the neutral lip look. According to Cale, the product was the NARS Lip Pencil in Walkyrie, which will only put you back $27.

This Fifty Shades approved setting spray is a must

If you want that lipstick to stay all day and night (wink, wink), there's one more product that you should add to your list. According to Us Weekly, makeup artist Evelyne Noraz used the Urban Decay All Nighter Setting Spray during the steamy scenes. Considering that Dakota Johnson looks absolutely flawless from beginning to end of, well, those scenes, you're going to want to add this product to your makeup bag immediately.
