Why Tristan Thompson Sharing Life Advice Has Khloé Kardashian Fans Turning Against Him
Tristan Thompson can't get a break when it comes to getting ripped for his social media posts by his ex Khloé Kardashian's fans. First, there was a feud between the Sacramento Kings player and the reality star's other ex, Lamar Odom after Thompson seemed to threaten the former Clippers player in an Instagram post (via CBS News and Players Bio). Now, the dad of one has shared life advice with his followers, much to the chagrin of those who still resent him for his split with Kardashian.
As Us Weekly reports, Thompson again took to Instagram to share a series of images of himself practicing basketball Thursday, along with the caption, "Want to improve your health, your career, your life? Keep showing up. Keep showing up. Keep showing up."
Fans of the Good American founder were quick to pounce on the seemingly tone-deaf post, with one blasting Thompson by questioning him, "How about improving relationships?"
More backlash followed in swift succession.
Fans of Khloé Kardashian show up for her after Tristan Thompson's Instagram post
In the comments section of the 30-year-old's Instagram post, Kardashian fans didn't let Thompson's comments go by without pointing out the seeming irony of his words following more allegations that he was unfaithful to the mother of his daughter, True (via The Cut).
"Improve being a better partner," suggest one such individual, while someone else said, "Practice what you preach." Another Kardashian fan was more direct, commenting, "How about not being unfaithful every 3-5 business days??? Focus on ball Tristan."
"Not for the Instagram models though. Stay away from them. Don't show up for them. That will help you, too," another person blasted the basketball player, alluding to how Thompson allegedly stepped out on Kardashian with influencers.
Finally, another commenter advised, "Just don't listen to his relationship advice."
At time of writing, Kardashian herself had not addressed Thompson's controversial post.
