What We Know About Angelina Jolie And The Weeknd's Most Recent Outing

Angelina Jolie and The Weeknd have fans scratching their heads. The pair sparked dating rumors in June 2021 when they were spotted leaving Giorgio Baldi after a reported dinner meeting, per People. Jolie wore a tan trench coat while the singer, whose real name is Abel Tesfaye, rocked a black t-shirt and jeans for the outing. While speculation about a possible romance began to circulate online, the pair are said to be friends who have known each other for quite some time. The Weeknd is said to be interested in furthering his acting career after starring alongside Adam Sandler in "Uncut Gems," and may have asked Jolie for some advice. 

"They're clearly not trying to hide [the dinner]. He's definitely focused on getting to the movie business. He has the new HBO series he's starring in," a source told Page Six after the pair were photographed together.

In addition, the singer also recently partnered with the World Food Program US and donated $1 million to aid relief efforts in Ethiopia, which is a country close to Jolie's heart. Last week, Jolie was spotted spending time with the singer again, which has only fueled the rumors that they may be secretly dating.

According to Page Six, Angelina Jolie and The Weeknd raised eyebrows again when they were seen at the same private concert for Mustafa last week, just days after their dinner outing. Photos shared to an online fan account reveal that the "Can't Feel My Face" singer attended the event with a group of friends. Meanwhile, Jolie was also in attendance with two of her children, daughters Zahara, 16, and Shiloh, 15. Although the photos have fans talking about a possible coupling, neither star has spoken out about the dating rumors.

Of course, both Jolie and The Weeknd know what it's like to be in high-profile relationships. Jolie has previously been linked to actors Jonny Lee Miller, Billy Bob Thornton, and Brad Pitt (whom she is currently battling for custody of their children), per Us Weekly. For his part, The Weeknd has dated famed model Bella Hadid and singer Selena Gomez (via Bustle). Although nothing has been confirmed, it seems that fans will be waiting to see if the pair have any more meetups in the near future.
