30 Couples From 90 Day Fiancé Who Are Still Together
Back in 2014, who would have thought TLC fans would have taken so kindly to the "90 Day Fiancé" franchise? The series centers around couples who found love abroad and applied for a K-1 visa. The duo only has 90 days to wed, according to United States law.
Relationships have challenges at the best of times, but add an extremely long-distance relationship and lack of family support, and many couples found themselves in a heap of trouble with no one to turn to for help. More often than not, the 90-day period is not long enough to work out all the kinks, and many are either forced down the aisle or call it quits.
To the viewers' surprise, some couples that seemed destined to fail have remained together through thick and thin. Here are some of the couples that found love abroad and remain together as of this writing.
Russ and Paola Mayfield (Season 1)
Russ and Paola Mayfield caught fans' attention when they were first introduced back on Season 1 of the franchise (per In Touch). Fiery Paola was from Colombia and fell in love with her quiet midwestern husband. They met while the Oklahoma native was working in her home country, and the model soon moved to the United States to be with her true love. Fans watched as Paola slowly started to lose herself and became depressed while living in Tulsa. She decided to leave her husband behind and moved to Miami to follow her modeling dreams.
The reality TV couple hit a rough patch when Russ made it clear he was not comfortable with her sexy posing and skimpy outfits. Eventually, Russ did join her in Florida — but not before TLC fans truly believed that the couple was going to call it quits due to their personality differences. Though the couple has faced many obstacles over the years, Russ and Paola have managed to stick it out and now have a little boy together (via TLC).
Alan and Kirlyam Cox (Season 1)
Alan Cox was on a missionary trip in Brazil when he first met Kirlyam and fell in love. He brought his fiancée back to America after going through the K-1 visa process. Mike and Aziza Eloshway have been happily married for nine years since their time on Season 1 of "90 Day Fiancé." Mike met Aziza on a language learning website in 2012; however, Aziza didn't start to have romantic feelings toward Mike until after her work permit in America was denied, leaving fans questioning her true intentions (via ScreenRant).
By the end of the season, the couple was married, and they have been together ever since. In January 2019, they welcomed their first baby, a girl named Olivia Joan, announcing the big news on Aziza's Instagram page. On Instagram, Aziza regularly posts photos with her family celebrating the holidays and updates on their daughter.

"Three months later, I ended up going back to Colombia to see if this romance was real, and by the end of that trip, I ended up proposing to her." Although the couple struggled with cultural differences during their time on the show, they eventually pushed through and married in 2014 (via ScreenRant). They eventually got married in 2015 and welcomed a baby girl named Isabella two years later. Additionally, they were featured on TLC's "90 Day Fiancé: Self Quarantined" back in 2020, showing how the couple took on the pandemic as a blended family, including his daughter from his first marriage (via Entertainment Tonight).

TLC fans will recall that Walters proposed at the end of the trip (via CheatSheet).
When the nurse was back stateside, she started to worry about her fiancé's devotion. The Jamaican had been very clear about wanting to send money back to the island for his family once he started working. This raised concern for the single mother, as she felt the two should concentrate on their own finances. Bowers also has to deal with her overprotective sister, who believed she was just being used. Despite the concerns, the couple married and Walters was granted a visa. Since then, Walters has begun working as an underwater welder and the pair now has a 3-year-old daughter.

During the show, the couple briefly split after Narkyia found out Olulowo was trying to rekindle a relationship with his child's mother (via Yahoo!).
