The Bachelor's Sarah Herron Has Exciting Relationship News
Bachelor Nation's Sarah Herron joined the franchise in 2013 when she competed for Sean Lowe's heart (via IMDb). Herron was eliminated in week six but made an impression on the viewers at home. She was later selected to star in seasons 1 and 3 of "Bachelor in Paradise." Unfortunately, Herron was not able to find love on any of ABC's series. However, she has continued to keep her followers updated on her romantic life on her Instagram account, which currently has 286 thousand followers.
In 2018, Herron revealed to her followers that she was in a relationship with award-winning photographer and filmmaker Dylan Brown. She explained in an Instagram post that the pair met when Herron hired Brown as a videographer for a retreat her company SheLift was hosting. She wrote, "I'm not surprised that I met Dylan while distracted, fully devoted to my life's work — because it brought someone equally as deserving and understanding to the table. Because of our unique circumstance of meeting, I'll forever be grateful for my partner and best friend." Three years later, Herron took to her Instagram to share another exciting update on her relationship status.
Brown popped the question after four years of dating Herron
On May 16th, Sarah Herron announced on Instagram that she is engaged to Dylan Brown. The Bachelor alum shared that Brown proposed to her the day before her announcement and that the couple has been together for four years. She wrote, "We are thrilled to share the announcement of our engagement! In our favorite place, with close friends and Rio, Dylan popped the question in front of Mount Sopris."
She also added that it's important to remember that life doesn't have to go in a specific order or follow a timeline. Herron said, "I'd wait a lifetime all over again — through the heartbreaks, years of self-work and countless rose ceremonies — to end up with this person. We make each other better, we have so much fun and we're going to become parents together, so we decided to do the damn thing!"
Brown also posted about the engagement on his Instagram. He shared photos of the moment he proposed to Herron with the caption, "Yesterday, I did a thing ... And it felt damn good, I must say!! This woman is strong, creative, beautiful (of course), and incredibly patient, to name just a few attributes."
