This Is How Jennifer Garner Met John Miller
Jennifer Garner and her former boyfriend John Miller are back together. Sources tell Us Weekly that the couple has officially rekindled their romance. "Jen and John are back on," a source told the outlet, adding that the pair "started up a few weeks ago" after originally splitting in early 2020. "He was ready for marriage and she just couldn't commit. They parted on very amicable terms," another insider previously told the outlet. In Touch reported in August 2020 that the pair hadn't ruled out a future reunion. "They split up before L.A. went into lockdown. Jen and John remain on friendly terms, so there's a possibility that they could rekindle their relationship in the future, but right now it's over," an informant stated.
Garner and Miller were first linked in the media back in 2018, and were said to be "casually dating" at the time, per Page Six. Miller, the CEO of Caligroup, was still married at the time that he and Garner began their relationship. However, his divorce from wife Caroline Campbell was made final just one month after he started dating the "13 Going On 30" actress. Miller and Campbell share two children together. Meanwhile, Garner was previously married to actor Ben Affleck. The couple announced their split back in 2015 after 10 years of marriage. They share three children, daughters Violet, 15, and Seraphina, 12, as well as son Samuel, 9.
Jennifer Garner and John Miller had an instant connection
Jennifer Garner and John Miller were said to have started dating in early 2018. Entertainment Tonight reported at the time that Garner had been introduced to Miller through mutual friends, and was said to have instantly "hit it off." The couple began their relationship with some low-key dates, likely in hopes of avoiding the paparazzi. "They went for romantic dinners far out of town or at his home. He is warm, fun, and incredibly smart. He is a real success in the business world and has no interest in being in the entertainment industry," sources told the outlet at the time.
After the news of their relationship began to circulate in the media, insiders told Us Weekly that Garner was ready to move on from her divorce and start fresh. Sharing, "She's ready for the next phase of her life." Another source admitted that Miller was over the moon about the romance. "Jen brings out the best in John, and he is the happiest he has probably ever been. It's a loving, healthy relationship." In addition, another informant confirmed that the couple hit it off due to their similar stages in life. "[They] are in similar places in their lives, and can relate to raising kids after a divorce." News of Garner and Miller's reunion comes just days after the actress' ex-husband, Ben Affleck, was spotted at the home of his former love interest, Jennifer Lopez.
