Born Priscilla Marie Winans Love, CeCe Winans started singing gospel at only 8 years old (via NPR). In the early 1980s, Winans started her professional career as a singer on the popular Christian telecast The PTL Club with her older brother BeBe. Then CeCe went on to pursue a solo career, starting with the album Alone in His Presence, selling more than a million copies.
