The Kardashians Reportedly Dropped Major Money On This KUWTK Crew Gift
We can't believe the ending is finally here. After 20 seasons, countless hours in their "glam rooms," four children for Kim Kardashian, and one too many cocktails for Kris Jenner, Keeping Up With the Kardashians has finally come to an end.
"It is with heavy hearts that we say goodbye to Keeping Up With the Kardashians," the family wrote in the announcement. "After what will be 14 years, 20 seasons, hundreds of episodes and several spin-off shows, we've decided as a family to end this very special journey. We are beyond grateful to all of you who've watched us for all of these years — through the good times, the bad times, the happiness, the tears, and the many relationships and children. We'll forever cherish the wonderful memories and countless people we've met along the way (via Deadline)."
If we thought we were keeping up, we can't imagine how well-informed the crew members on the show were over these glamorous ladies' lives. Oh, and one man's. We still see you, Rob! And in the typical Kardashian fashion, they've shown their appreciation by throwing down some serious cash.
The entire crew was each gifted a Rolex
After KUWTK called it a wrap on their final episode last week, Kim, Kourtney, Khloe, and Kris "pulled an Oprah" — but with Rolexes instead of cars. That's right. The roughly 30-person crew went home with a Rolex (via Page Six). And why shouldn't these reality TV queens share their wealth? It was the excellent job the crew did that is part of the reason the show has locked down a no doubt profitable streaming deal with Hulu (via Page Six).
So just how much did they share? A source told Page Six that "the entire cost was just around $300,000," which is "about $10k per watch."
The show has finished, but one thing is for sure — the crew members will have no trouble "keeping up" with what time it is anytime soon.
