This Is How Tori Roloff Really Makes Her Money

If you've watched Little People, Big World for some time, you remember Tori Roloff's kindergarten teaching days. But since making her way from regular person to reality TV star, she's made a few career changes — as anyone would.

According to Soap Dirt, the 29-year-old worked at Woodland Primary School in Oregon from 2013 to 2015, prior to joining the LPBW cast. Then, she went on to teach kindergarten in the Beaverton School District in 2015 and did so until leaving for maternity leave to have her son, Jackson, in 2017.

On April 18, 2017, she shared an Instagram photo from her last day of class. "Bitter sweet day!!! It was my last day with my kinders and to say I'll miss them is an understatement," she captioned the post. "I am so thankful to have had a group that was so easy and respectful. Saying goodbye to them was so hard, but I know we have such An amazing adventure ahead of us. Can't wait to take baby roloff back to school to introduce him to the kids he's listened to the last 9 months!"

It's unclear if or when Tori returned to teaching, and she doesn't appear to be teaching currently after having her and Zac's second child, Lilah, in November 2019.

Tori Roloff is now a full-time mom and part-time photographer

The former teacher obviously has her hands full with two toddlers and a presumably busy filming schedule for LPBW, which she's paid for. But she still manages to make time for some incredibly beautiful photography — a hobby that she turned into a side business. Her bio on her photography site reads, "I have been taking photos of basically everything since I was 15. I am happiest behind the lens, and love getting to know my clients!"

Her photography Instagram has 100,000 followers and features rustically edited family portraits, senior portraits, and pet photos — most of which seem to utilize the beauty of Roloff Farms as their backdrop. And of course, she's always taking professional-grade shots of her own fam, especially as the holidays approach.

"Christmas time has hit the Roloff household," she captioned a Nov. 30 post. "We found our perfect Christmas tree and Jackson has been so excited to get out our choo choo train!! This is without a doubt my favorite time of year!"
