Dyrdek proposed to Flores in an over-the-top gesture at the Aladdin Show at Disneyland by making a grand entrance on stage riding an elephant, then proposing on one knee in front of a crowd of people. It was a planned event worthy of the former stunt-man and entrepreneur (via PageSix). The couple married just five months later in September of 2015 in an intimate ceremony. However, Dyrdek's joy couldn't be contained to just friends and family, and before even taking their vows he gushed on Instagram, stating, "You are my true one love and I promise in faithfulness to love and protect you and our marriage, till the end of time."

Rob Dyrdek prefers a private life for his family, but can't resist sharing with fans on social media

After struggling with the loss of privacy thanks to his quick rise to fame as a teenager, Rob Dyrdek has thankfully been able to find a balance with his private and professional life as an adult (via LiveAbout). He's learned to share enough to stay connected with his fan base while making his family and personal life a priority.

Two beautiful children later, Kodah Dash and Nala Ryan, and the Dyrdek family are thriving (via People).  After celebrating her 29th birthday with her family in July 2020, Flores summed their relationship up perfectly, captioning a family photo on Instagram with, "I am so incredibly grateful to be showered with so much love as I prepare to close out my last year as a 20something-year-old." She continued, writing, "I am eternally grateful for your unconditional love and I can't wait to see what magic this next chapter has in store!"

Just who is Bryiana Noelle Flores?

Bryiana Noelle Flores is a former beauty queen and model who had quite a childhood. When the Californian was just 10 years old, she was diagnosed with a terminal blood disease. "My doctors told me that I probably only had a few days to live and without a bone marrow transplant there was no way I would live," she told Carrie Doll. "I went through a couple different treatments of chemo, I had who knows how many blood platelet transfusions."

Flores never had a bone marrow transplant, but somehow she survived. When the Make-A-Wish Foundation enabled her to take a trip to swim with dolphins in Hawaii, the experience made her fall in love with life and became determined to make the most of it. And thankfully, Flores went into remission.

When she was still in high school, she started competing in beauty pageants and ended up winning Miss Teen of Nation and Miss California Teen. After graduating high school she moved to Los Angeles, became a model, and even went on to work with Playboy Magazine.

How the couple met

According to In Touch Weekly, Bryiana Noelle Flores and Rob Dyrdek met at an event in 2013 and there was an instant spark. However, there is apparently more to this story. Before meeting at any events, Dyrdek slipped into her DMs. "[Dyrdek] started following me on Twitter, and then we started DMing, and then he started texting me and asked if I wanted to hang out, and I was like, 'I don't know that I do,'" she recalled in an interview with Carrie Doll.

She went on to explain that Dyrdek managed to convince her to say yes to a date by offering to help with her charity work. "I was posting about an animal shelter in Bakersfield that was going out of business so they had to find new homes ... so he was like, 'I was thinking we could take a helicopter and save some puppies,' but I didn't know him well enough to know that he was joking." And so, Flores said yes. Luckily, Dyrdek managed to pull off the date and the pair really did actually go save some puppies in a helicopter!

He took her on another helicopter ride for their three-year anniversary

Even though Rob Dyrdek and Bryiana Noelle Flores's first date came out of a joke, it ended up being hugely meaningful for both of them. In fact, their helicopter ride was so special, Dyrdek even recreated the date on their third wedding anniversary. "5 years ago I took @bryianadyrdek on a first date that included a helicopter ride to Bakersfield to rescue puppies," Dyrdek wrote on Instagram. Dyrdek knew from that first helicopter ride that he wanted to marry Flores and spend the rest of his life with her.

He went on, writing, "Since that flight we have got engaged, got married had two kids got a dog, rabbit and a cat. ... Today we celebrate our 3 year anniversary so I thought it was only right to surprise her with another helicopter ride." Wow — Dyrdek certainly knows how to plan a good date!

Flores 'prayed' for her husband before she met him

Bryiana Noelle Flores may have met Rob Dyrdek in 2013, but he was apparently in her prayers before they actually met. Flores explained in a Facebook post, writing, "I prayed for @robdyrdek before I knew I was going to marry him. In fact, I prayed for him before I even knew him at all." As she explained, her Christian upbringing meant that she was raised to include her husband — or husband-to-be — in her prayers. "I asked God to guide and prepare me as a woman to be the wife my future husband needed me to be," she explained.

Even though she eventually met the man who would become her husband, she still prays for him and for their relationship. "Now that I have the man of my dreams," she wrote, "I will never stop trying and praying to grow and be better for him." What a touching sentiment!

The couple lives in luxury

Rob Dyrdek and his wife Bryiana Noelle Flores have lived in several gorgeous homes. Dyrdek owned a home in Hollywood Hills West, which he listed for sale in 2016 for nearly $3.5 million, according to the Los Angeles Times. The home featured tile floors, an open floor plan, large windows, a hot tub, a pool, and many other lavish details.

Additionally, the MTV star purchased a huge $6 million Beverly Hills mansion in 2019, according to Dirt, which they appear to have renovated extensively. In a house reveal, they showed off the home's double-level entranceway, hardwood floors, a huge TV, black-and-white interiors, a huge garden with a view of Los Angeles, a Disney-themed home cinema, a large master bedroom, and several balconies. "This is the nicest place I've ever been," Dyrdek said during the house tour. However, the couple appears to have found something even nicer. According to Dirt, Dyrdek purchased a mansion in Mulholland Estates for $8.5 million in 2020.
