The Truth About Darcey Silva And Tom Brooks' Relationship After 90 Day Fiance
Darcey Silva and Tom Brooks have had a rocky journey following their super-sweet courtship on the third season of 90 Day Fiancé: Before the 90 Days, during which he gave her a house key and she delightedly professed her confidence in the relationship. Though they are appearing on the fourth season together, recent social media jabs seem to suggest there's no love lost between the two.
So, are Brooks and Silva a thing yet again or is this another TLC couple lost to the sands of reality TV time? Will their second season together prove to be their undoing or is the damage already done?
Darcey Silva felt betrayed by Tom Brooks
Last time we left them, Brooks and Silva were solid, but a report in Newsweek confirmed he ended things not long after Silva returned home to the United States. However, they rekindled their relationship prior to shooting the third season's reunion special, hence why they'll be featured as a couple once again on Season 4. And we expect their issues with each other are going to be laid out, judging by a teaser.
Speaking to Entertainment Tonight, Silva hinted at a big confrontation between the two, after which she didn't get the answer from him she was looking for. "I wanted him to open up about it, and I just put him on the spot in that moment," she shared, noting that she'd hoped to catch him "off guard" in order to get a true reaction. The 90 Day Fiancé star added, "He knew how I felt about that and it hurt, but he did answer very honestly."
The relationship between Darcey Silva and Tom Brooks continues to be complicated
However, Silva also hinted at Season 4 being a positive one for the couple overall, sharing, "I have a lot of respect for the relationship that we have, and I think I learned how to just stay more open and loving for myself as well." Things don't seem as civil online, however — particularly after Brooks was spotted going for coffee with Silva's ex, Jesse Meester.
Of their friendly meet-up, Silva told Us Weekly, "It was like a slap in the face, but that's their style and they're going to do what they want to do anyway." She also admitted to feeling "ganged up on" by her exes. According to Cheat Sheet, fans online are tired of Brooks' supposedly immature attitude to his relationship with Silva, which has reportedly included him liking posts that seemingly throwing shade at her. Only time will tell with these two, it seems.
