Who Is Tarek El Moussa Dating Now?

Tarek El Moussa seems to have finally moved on after splitting with his wife and Flip or Flop co-host, Christina Anstead, in 2016. 

Anstead remarried in December 2018 and announced she and her husband, Ant Anstead, were expecting their first child together in March 2019. While El Moussa seemed to be happy for the couple, fans hoped it wouldn't be too long before he found love himself. 

El Moussa took a while to find a new flame, at least publicly, but it looks like he's finally re-entered the dating pool. On July 29, 2019, El Moussa was seen locking lips with Heather Rae Young, star of Netflix's Selling Sunset. A few days later, the relationship seemed to be ramping up. On August 1, 2019, the couple were seen out on a date and holding hands.

El Moussa and Young haven't made an official announcement about their relationship as of the time of this writing, but fans might not want to get too excited. An anonymous source told E! News that El Moussa is "slowly" starting to date, but that he isn't quite ready to commit. "Tarek and Heather have recently started hanging out, but it's nothing serious nor official," said the source.

The day after El Moussa was seen out holding hands with Young, Us Weekly published an exclusive with the HGTV star revealing that he wouldn't even mind his ex picking out a new partner for him. "If she finds me the perfect specimen, then yeah," he said. "That sounds great."

While it still remains to be seen whether or not things will get serious between El Moussa and Young, one relationship that is certain to remain strong is Tarek El Moussa and Christina Anstead's. The two are committed to remaining friends and co-parenting their children. "[Parenting] the kids is the most important job in the entire world for us so no personal drama can get in the way of that," said El Moussa.
